This achievement highlights our ongoing commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community and recognises the steps we’ve taken as an employer to create an inclusive and supportive workplace for veterans, reservists, and their families.

Our Journey with the Armed Forces Covenant

Our relationship with the Armed Forces Covenant began in 2020, when we formally signed the pledge, committing to ensure that those who serve or have served in the armed forces – along with their families – are treated fairly and with the respect they deserve. Since then, we’ve worked to integrate the Covenant’s principles into our business practices, fostering an environment where former service personnel and reservists feel valued and supported.

Led by Experience

At Infinics, supporting the Armed Forces community is more than a corporate pledge – it’s personal.

Our Chief Executive Officer, Kevin Brown, is an Army veteran who spent eight years with the Royal Artillery, including a deployment to Afghanistan on Op Herrick 19. His first-hand experience of military life drives our passion for creating meaningful opportunities for veterans and reservists, recognising the unique skills and strengths they bring to the workplace.

What the Bronze Award Means

The Bronze Award is a significant milestone in our journey. It reflects our dedication to:

Promoting armed forces-friendly policies throughout our recruitment and workplace practices.

✅ Offering flexibility in employment for reservists and service spouses, ensuring they can meet their military commitments without compromising their career progression.

✅ Supporting charities and initiatives that benefit the Armed Forces community.

Why It Matters

We understand the immense value that veterans, reservists, and their families bring to the workplace – from their strong work ethic and problem-solving skills to their leadership and adaptability. By actively supporting the Armed Forces Covenant, we aim to play our part in building a society where no one is disadvantaged due to their service.

Looking Ahead

Receiving the Bronze Award is just the beginning. We are committed to strengthening our support for the armed forces community and are already looking ahead to the Silver Award as part of our continued efforts. We will keep working towards making Infinics a workplace where service personnel and their families feel welcomed, valued, and empowered to thrive.

We are incredibly proud of this recognition and remain committed to upholding the values of the Armed Forces Covenant.
